Week 1 EOC: Great Customer Service

I drive up to a McDonald's, some time after midnight.  The drive thru is packed and not moving quickly.  I stay patient since it's the closest place still open at that hour, so I wait it out.  I get to the window and I place my order, and the employee is very kind in the way he was helping me.  I say thank you and I proceed to drive to the next window.  At this point I'm personally not mad at the wait, or how long it was taking from all the cars in front of me.  When I get to the window, the other employee is very kind and polite in his manners as well.  He hands me my bag of food and it looks bigger then what I was expecting.  I look inside to make sure I had everything I ordered and realized they had purposefully made my order bigger since I had to wait so long, even when I never complained. That was a great example of good customer service and it showed that the company worried about their customers.  They recognized the wait was an inconvenience and made up for it.  I feel everyone left satisfied, and would return again even if there was a wait.

Week 1 EOC: My Voice

Since I was a kid, I loved stories and telling stories.  I was intrigued and fascinated on how these stories could make me feel scared, sad, angry, est.   This fascination turned into a passion when I got my first camcorder.  With my little film crew consisting of my best friends in my neighborhood, we created movies constantly.  We had a new movie created every week to show are families, and friends.  So at an early age I discovered what I wanted to do as a career.  I started getting evolved in school plays, writing classes, and video classes.  I also went to auditions, and worked on small productions as a P.A.  I wanted to be evolved in the industry as much as possible.  Knowledge and experience is very important to have if I want to find success in the entertainment industry.  The more I put myself out there, the more opportunities came my way.  At times it can get discouraging or I find myself losing motivation, but when I stay focused on what I want I know I'll get it.  My goal is to have my own production company.  I want to be a Director, Screenwriter, and Actor...a triple threat.  I also feel knowing all the different aspects and responsibilities in a production, will help me be a better leader to those who are working on a production of mine.  If you don't have a strong team, it will effect the project greatly.  I want to use my talents to create stories that will effect people, move them to look inside themselves.  And inspire them to make a difference, I hope I can make a difference in the world through my stories.
