Week 1 EOC: Great Customer Service
I drive up to a McDonald's, some time after midnight. The drive thru is packed and not moving quickly. I stay patient since it's the closest place still open at that hour, so I wait it out. I get to the window and I place my order, and the employee is very kind in the way he was helping me. I say thank you and I proceed to drive to the next window. At this point I'm personally not mad at the wait, or how long it was taking from all the cars in front of me. When I get to the window, the other employee is very kind and polite in his manners as well. He hands me my bag of food and it looks bigger then what I was expecting. I look inside to make sure I had everything I ordered and realized they had purposefully made my order bigger since I had to wait so long, even when I never complained. That was a great example of good customer service and it showed that the company worried about their customers. They recognized the wait was an inconvenience and made up for it. I feel everyone left satisfied, and would return again even if there was a wait.
